What does “plant-based” mean?

To me, a plant-based diet is a diet that focuses on whole food plants. Science has proven time and again that adding more plants to your diet is one of the most important and impactful ways of improving your health. PLANTED will help you figure out how far you choose to take that and exactly WHAT your ideal diet looks like will be unique to you.

Do I get personalized protocols?

Depending on the option you choose, you’ll get slightly-customized protocols via the DIY route where you’ll be designing your own diet with my guidance to super customized via the Do It 1:1 route where you’ll be getting 2 1-on-1 coaching calls with me and a post-session packet with all my recommendations.

How long will it take to complete the course?

PLANTED is an 8-week program. You’ll get access to a new module each week, but you can go at your own pace. You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can revisit them as often as you like.

How long will it take to see results?

This is a tough question to answer because it depends on so many factors. Some people see results in a matter of days, while others take weeks or months. It depends on your current diet, lifestyle, and health conditions. I can tell you that the sooner you start, the sooner you’ll see results.

Does the course come with email or call support?
