To me, a plant-based diet is a diet that focuses on whole plant foods. We’ll work closely together to craft a customized diet that prioritizes plants and supports your health goals.
One-on-one health coaching is for you if you’re looking for personalized support completely specific to you and your needs. If you thrive in an individualized setting with just you and your coach, this is the program for you.
The 80-10-10 concept is a nutrition framework where 80% of your diet is whole food plant-based, 10% of your diet is high quality animal products, and 10% is left for processed treats. This is not a hard and fast rule, but rather a springboard that we’ll use in our coaching sessions to create a diet that works for you.
To provide maximum flexibility, coaching sessions are conducted online over video. The only thing required from you for each session is a stable internet connection.
As a holistic nutritionist, I don’t treat any medical conditions. Instead, I support clients with a wide variety of health conditions and concerns using a whole food plant-based dietary approach. For specific health conditions, particularly chronic conditions, I’ll work with your primary care doctor to provide holistic support for you on your health journey.
My primary goal with new clients is to ensure this program and my coaching style are the right match to support your unique needs. After we’ve agreed we’re a good fit via a discovery call, we’ll discuss pricing and payment options.
