No, you don’t! The great thing about small group and one-on-one classes is that I’ll meet you exactly at your level! We’ll work together to increase your overall cooking skills while adding in specifically plant-based techniques, tips, and tricks as well.
For cooking classes, groups can be anywhere between one person and 10 people. I cap the max at 10 so that each person gets individualized attention. For special event catering, the maximum guest count is currently 20 people for sit-down events and 30 for buffet-style meals.
You bet! As someone who was gluten intolerant long before the plethora of GF products and menu options were available, I know the difficulty and stress food allergies and sensitivities can cause. I’ll work closely with you to ensure all the ingredients we use are safe for everyone.
There’s really no such thing as “too far in advance,” especially for weddings! The minimum time I require, though, is 2 months.
