Very Berry Smoothie

This easy very berry smoothie recipe is a go-to for busy mornings. It’s my mid-morning snack most days, and I’m not complaining!

Smoothies are a great way to get a lot of nutrients into a smaller meal, which is one of the many reasons I love them.

This very berry smoothie is especially delicious in the warmer months when you’re craving something cold and refreshing.

Feel free to get creative and make substitutions based on what you have on hand. I’ll often add a small handful of baby spinach or kale if I want some extra greens in my day. You can also substitute peanut butter or another nut or seed butter for the almond butter, add a few spoonfuls of yogurt, or even try different fruit in place of the berries.

Very Berry Smoothie

Enjoy this Very Berry Smoothie as a quick and nutritious mid-morning or afternoon snack.
